We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange within 14 days of receipt (This term is only for online order. Shop from www.wondroustheatre.com. We have different policy at our shop in Dalston, please check your receipt or ask shop staff about our in-store return policy)

To receive instructions on how to return your order, please email frontofhouse@wondroustheatre.com 

Don’t forget to include your name and order number. This can be found in the order confirmation email.

Please also note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your own assurance, please consider using a trackable shipping service. 

Items that you would like to return or exchange must be returned unworn and with all tags and labels still attached. 

Your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid no later than 14 days after receipt of your return.
